I have been hugely encouraged by the help and support of so many different people since we started this campaign. At a meeting last night we decided to give the campaign a positive name which captures it essence – and a very clever friend speedily knocked up this logo for us.
Although we have been focussing on Global Personals and the affairs websites they run, it is important to say that this is not just about them. Some of you may have seen in the news the adverts where a picture of Boris Johnson has been used by the US affairs dating site ‘Ashley Madison’. Its a sign of what is coming unless we make a stand against the cynical commodification of what is most precious.
We want to make the point that faithfulness matters – it matters to individuals, it matters to families, it matters to our communities. Unfaithfulness is so destructive, it should never be used or marketted to make money.
